Finance Manager – Global Transformation MT Transcend

About the role

The Finance Manager – Global Transformation MT Transcend will join the MedTech Supply Chain Digital Controlling team. Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, you will support the multi‑year Transcend program that modernises the end‑to‑end digital supply chain across J&J’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and value realization for the Transcend initiative.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting and reporting for the digital supply chain transformation.
• Support the harmonisation of more than 40 global ERP systems and the rollout of a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.
• Monitor budget, cost savings and investment tracking across the programme.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of financial controls with new digital processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance within a large, multinational environment.
• Experience in business partnering and driving financial performance for transformation projects.
• Ability to analyse complex data sets and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial controlling tools.
