Finance Optimization & Automation Senior Analyst

About the role

The Finance Optimization & Automation Senior Analyst will lead process excellence, automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across GBS Finance Operations in the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and continuously improve finance processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report value streams.
• Lead process mapping, redesign, standardization, and optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities with Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and other low‑code/no‑code solutions.
• Develop business cases, ROI assessments and monitor automation performance.
• Act as finance subject‑matter expert for AI, promoting responsible AI adoption and measuring its impact.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, cycle times and stakeholder satisfaction, creating dashboards and performance reports.
• Collaborate with finance leaders, GBS leadership, IT and digital transformation teams, facilitating workshops and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance operations, shared services or GBS, with a focus on process excellence, automation or finance transformation.
• Proven experience leading process redesign and automation initiatives in O2C, P2P or R2R.
• Experience working in multinational or shared‑services environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum).
