Finance Specialist / Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑driven and proactive Finance Specialist to join our team. The role involves handling core operational items in the financial domain, such as tax processing, credit and collection management, expense forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Channel Finance Management: follow up on customer reconciliation and inventory stock‑taking, ensuring quality compliance.
• Tax Affairs Management: complete tax data processing, verification, and provide required tax documents.
• Credit & Collection Management: review overdue payments and credit ratings, actively manage credit lines.
• Marketing Budgeting & Forecasting: process monthly data, submit accruals for field force, RTB, and logistics services.
• Retail & Marketing Finance: manage store data visualization and track monthly sales and financial data.
• Budget & Risk Management: manage SG&A, track budget progress, analyze abnormal data, and conduct semi‑annual expense reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance‑related majors (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, tax concepts, and marketing budget logic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
