French-Speaking Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Operations Assistant to support the daily management of our growing short‑term rental portfolio. The role is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties.
• Communicate with guests in French and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and other channels.
• Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs and provide ongoing guest support.
• Respond to guest inquiries, reviews and issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest‑ready.
• Monitor reservations, calendars and pricing updates.
• Assist with listing optimisation and channel management.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, vacation rentals or property management is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO platforms.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
