Global HR Business Partner

About the role

As a Global HR Business Partner based in Bogotá, you will align HR initiatives with business objectives across LATAM and US units, driving strategic projects while providing day‑to‑day HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR programs and policies that support the company strategy.
• Provide HR guidance to managers across LATAM and the US, identifying needs and delivering creative solutions.
• Lead performance management, talent advisory, leadership assessment and workforce planning, including recruitment planning.
• Resolve employee relations issues, improve work relationships and boost morale and retention.
• Manage complex, cross‑functional HR projects and act as liaison between Talent Acquisition and business units.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a global tech company.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones without direct authority.
• Hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent development and change management.
• Proactive, independent operator who can multitask and thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
