Global IT Support Administrator

About the role

Monks is looking for a Global IT Support Administrator in Bogotá, Colombia, to help its colleagues stay productive. The role sits within a global IT team that blends in-office and remote support, and suits someone fast, flexible and eager to improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver global and regional IT support through the ticketing system, focusing on issues in the LATAM region
• Provide dedicated in-office support at the Bogotá office up to 5 days a week, or on a case-by-case basis
• Offer first-line troubleshooting, helping colleagues via video call or Slack
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employee accounts and technology
• Audit and maintain IT policies, procedures and documentation
• Audit, track and maintain accurate asset and inventory records

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven IT support experience
• Excellent written and verbal English, needed to support a global team
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as the main local representative of the Global IT team

Required skills

• General ticketing systems and foundational IT troubleshooting
• Plus: Mac and macOS, MDM software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Active Directory and basic PowerShell
• Application support for MS365, Adobe, Azure, Slack and similar tools
• Networking, client-server and web applications, databases, firewalls, VPNs and enterprise antivirus
• Plus: Jamf, CrowdStrike, Freshservice, SSO solutions (OneLogin, Okta, Duo), Workato or BetterCloud, ethical hacking tools
