Global LMS Administrator

About the role

Inchcape Digital is seeking a detail‑oriented Global LMS Administrator to support its worldwide learning ecosystem. You will manage LMS operations, provide user support, maintain data accuracy, and help create a seamless learning experience for employees across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for LMS users, handling access, enrollment, completion records and navigation issues.
• Maintain user profiles, learning assignments, course records and ensure LMS data accuracy.
• Upload, test, publish and manage learning content and resources.
• Produce LMS reports and dashboards on participation, compliance and learning activity.
• Support learning teams and LMS administrators globally with guidance and training materials.
• Assist with system testing, enhancements and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in administration, customer support, HR, Learning & Development, shared services or systems support.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with effective communication abilities.
• Fluent English; Spanish and prior LMS experience are advantageous.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
