Global Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Global Reporting Analyst will support Zimmer Biomet's centralized data management and reporting function within the global FP&A organization. You will develop scalable ETL systems, create analytical solutions, and contribute to AI-enabled reporting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL and Python in Snowflake.
• Collaborate with the Power BI team to develop, optimize, and enhance financial dashboards, including DAX logic and integration of Python/ML outputs.
• Perform data quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and support root‑cause analysis.
• Develop reusable datasets for global FP&A reporting, planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Contribute to data‑science initiatives such as exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and predictive model development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, etc.).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or data science.
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end data science/AI projects and Power BI dashboards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business questions into data‑driven solutions.
