Proof of Insurance Supervisor

About the role

The Proof of Insurance Supervisor leads the certificate processing team, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant insurance documentation. This position balances hands‑on management with strategic planning to support Marsh’s risk management objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of analysts, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Oversee end‑to‑end certificate processing to meet company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Establish quality‑control standards, drive process improvements and implement automation where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal departments, clients and brokers to resolve escalations and enhance service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching and take corrective actions to achieve goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience supervising a team in a fast‑paced office environment, preferably in insurance, BPO or financial services.
• English proficiency; all CVs must be submitted in English.
• Strong knowledge of insurance documentation such as endorsements, policies and certificates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with policy administration systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Advanced MS Office Excel skills.
• Familiarity with digital COI/e‑delivery tools.
