Senior Insights Associate – Private Equity

About the role

The Insights team at Dialectica helps investors, corporates and consultancies obtain curated knowledge to inform business strategy. As a Senior Insights Associate you will support private equity and corporate clients by delivering expert interviews, surveys and strategic analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop discussion guides and surveys, conduct expert interviews and oversee survey fielding.
• Summarise findings into client‑ready deliverables, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative insights.
• Contribute to business development activities such as pitches, presentations and client meetings.
• Support content and practice development, including marketing materials and sector expertise initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience producing high‑calibre presentations.
• Professional services, consulting or research background, preferably with commercial due diligence experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel analysis and financial modelling.
