Global T&E Process Owner – SAP Concur Expert

About the role

The Global T&E Process Owner will lead the company’s worldwide travel and expense processes, ensuring policy compliance and efficient operations. This role works closely with finance, HR, procurement and IT to drive best practices and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end vendor query resolution through the Vendor Query Portal and manage a centralized help desk.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for SAP Concur, providing training, support, and system enhancements.
• Monitor expense reporting, conduct audits for accuracy and policy compliance, and maintain robust controls.
• Generate and analyze travel & expense reports, develop KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement and vendor management to identify trends and proactively address recurring issues.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in global travel and expense management with deep SAP Concur expertise.
• Strong knowledge of invoice‑to‑pay processes in a high‑volume finance environment.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
