Graphic Designer - High-Volume Ad Production

About the role

Spark Growth, a digital agency focused on digital marketing, health and wellness, is hiring a detail-oriented, highly efficient Graphic Designer to run its visual production line. Reporting to the Head of Client Success & Operations, the role covers technical design execution, digital asset production and visual formatting for paid media and digital channels. It is a high-volume, fast-paced position focused on speed, precision and pixel-perfect execution.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, format and resize high-volume static graphics for digital and social media ads (Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, programmatic display, etc.), adapting templates to many aspect ratios and dimensions.
• Build multi-asset ad suites and batch variations (headlines, CTAs, backgrounds, layouts) to support performance marketing and A/B testing.
• Edit photos, correct colour, create clipping paths and remove backgrounds, and curate stock photography to brand guidelines.
• Design layouts strictly following brand kits, grids, typography and spacing, and export files that meet platform file-size and format constraints.
• Deliver quick revisions to the media buying and creative strategy teams and enforce quality control (no typos, misalignments or wrong exports).
• Maintain clean folder structures and standardised file naming, and manage workflows to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in production graphic design, digital layout or high-volume ad production (agency, e-commerce or digital studio preferred).
• Portfolio showing clean execution, image manipulation, ad variations and multi-format rollouts.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines across several brands and work independently in a structured production workflow.
• Bonus: pharmaceutical or health industry experience, video editing or motion graphics experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma and Canva.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries and batch processing tools is highly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of layout mechanics, typography, grids, aspect ratios, file compression and digital display specs.
