Graphic Designer – Life Sciences

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to produce high‑quality digital and print assets for its global life sciences and pharmaceutical clients. The role blends visual storytelling with hands‑on expertise in Adobe and video design tools to translate complex scientific content into clear, brand‑compliant visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Design digital assets such as banners, emailers, infographics, visual aids, and social media creatives.
• Develop multimedia content including 2D/3D videos, animations, and motion graphics.
• Create print materials like brochures, magazines, leave‑behinds, and promotional items.
• Interpret briefs and produce visually compelling, brand‑aligned designs.
• Collaborate with medical, marketing, and content teams to simplify scientific information.
• Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and compliance standards (MLR awareness preferred).
• Liaise with internal and client stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and meet delivery timelines.
• Prepare final files for digital publishing and print production, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or healthcare/life‑sciences environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and video design work.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and strong communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a problem‑solving mindset.
