Growth Marketing & Paid Media Lead (AI‑first)

About the role

Castleberry Media is looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketing & Paid Media Lead who lives inside ad platforms, loves automation and wants to build AI‑driven workflows. You will own paid media across multiple LinkedIn, Meta and other accounts, and help shape the AI‑first future of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Run and optimise paid campaigns on up to 10+ ad accounts, primarily LinkedIn and Meta.
• Supervise AI agents that create and upload ads, reviewing their work and intervening when needed.
• Design and manage end‑to‑end lead‑generation funnels, including audiences, creative, forms, budgets, A/B tests and reporting.
• Build and maintain automations for lead capture and follow‑up using Zapier, Make or similar tools, and integrate with CRM, WhatsApp and email platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to design AI agents that automate repetitive ad‑operations tasks.
• Create and edit short‑form video content for LinkedIn and other channels to market Castleberry’s services.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in a small or mid‑size B2B company or startup.
• Proven track record running LinkedIn and Meta paid campaigns.
• Daily user of AI tools and a strong interest in building custom agents or workflows.
• Fluent in professional English and Spanish.
• Curiosity, speed and comfort experimenting with new ideas.

• API knowledge, webhooks, integration concepts
• Video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, Descript)
