GTM Support Analyst – Remote

About the role

The GTM Support Analyst will serve as the first line of support for BairesDev’s Go‑to‑Market teams, coordinating onboarding, documentation, and reporting across the commercial selling cycle. This remote position offers a holistic view of commercial processes while enabling personal skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an administrative assistant for commercial teams, handling day‑to‑day coordination.
• Manage onboarding processes and related materials for new team members.
• Draft and prepare reports that support controlling and analytics functions.
• Support communication and event activities linked to relevant programs.
• Develop deep knowledge of supported areas’ processes and value propositions.

Required profile

• 2–7 years of experience in support roles, preferably for sales or commercial teams.
• Background as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Receptionist, or in Commercial Support, Client Services, or Customer Support.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office Package (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Proficiency with GSuite (Google Workspace).
