Head of Client SEO Strategy & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a senior SEO leader to drive strategy and delivery for a portfolio of healthcare clients. The role combines high‑level strategic planning with hands‑on oversight of campaign execution, ensuring measurable business results while managing a remote team of strategists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy and campaign execution across multiple healthcare accounts.
• Review and approve technical audits, content plans, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor performance using rankings, traffic, conversions and business outcomes.
• Standardise SEO processes, reporting and quality control across the delivery team.
• Coach and mentor SEO Strategists, Pod Leads and Client Success Managers.
• Develop repeatable SEO playbooks and best‑practice documentation.
• Partner with leadership to forecast capacity, allocate resources and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading SEO strategy and delivery, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and SEO teams.
• Strong track record of improving organic traffic, rankings and lead generation.
• Ability to translate SEO performance into clear business outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
