About the role

Galderma is seeking a senior professional to lead pricing and health economics outcomes research (HEOR) for its immunology portfolio across Latin America. The role combines strategic pricing, real‑world evidence generation, and market access activities to demonstrate product value and secure reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of robust pricing and HEOR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee design and execution of real‑world evidence studies, economic modeling, and patient‑reported outcomes research.
• Collaborate with market access teams to create pricing strategies that balance affordability, market dynamics, and product value.
• Prepare comprehensive HTA submissions and engage with local health authorities to obtain optimal reimbursement.
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, payers, and healthcare providers to inform evidence generation.
• Monitor healthcare policy changes, advocate for patient access, and contribute insights to demand forecasting.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in HEOR roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proficiency in health‑economics modeling, statistical analysis, and real‑world evidence generation.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulatory processes in Latin American countries.
• Experience working in immunology and a collaborative, hands‑on mindset.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred; willingness to travel and work on‑site four days per week.
