HR Business Partner - Remote

Key responsibilities

• Hold regular meetings with business units and management, advising them on HR issues.
• Analyze turnover trends and metrics to design solutions, programs and policies that improve retention.
• Stay up to date on employee management legal requirements, prioritizing risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
• Help interpret HR policies and solve complex employee-related problems.
• Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR matters.

Required profile

• Previous experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of Argentine and Latin American labor regulations.
• Good communication skills and advanced English.
• Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility is desirable.
