HR Coordinator – Onboarding Support

About the role

A U.S.-based operation is looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused HR Coordinator in Bogotá to support onboarding and employee experience processes. The role suits someone strong in organization, stakeholder communication, customer service and handling several priorities at once. It is on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (U.S. time zones), with a possible move to a hybrid model depending on business needs and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
• Review and manage onboarding documentation and records.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and onboarding milestones.
• Support candidates, employees and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Operations and Compliance teams.
• Track onboarding progress and help with reporting and process improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1+).
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, onboarding, recruiting support, staffing, compliance, customer service or administrative operations.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Ability to keep confidential and sensitive information secure.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• ATS, HRIS, CRM or onboarding platform experience is a plus.
