HR Experience Specialist – Onboarding

About the role

Pebl is a fast‑growing global work platform that helps companies hire, pay and manage employees worldwide. The HR Experience Specialist – Onboarding will own the end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding experience for supported employees and clients, ensuring smooth transitions and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all onboarding and off‑boarding activities, working with internal teams such as Immigration and Payroll and external service providers.
• Provide expert‑level support to clients on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting and other HR matters.
• Manage client relationships together with the client services team and maintain high client satisfaction through fast onboarding timelines.
• Audit and maintain HR records, contracts and job‑specific documents while ensuring compliance with local employment law and collective agreements.
• Collaborate with internal product and knowledge‑base teams to deliver regional expertise and resolve emerging issues.
• Assist in training new team members and contribute to other business areas as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 4‑6 years of HR experience, preferably in an EOR or HR outsourcing environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
