HR Experience Specialist, Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, focusing on seamless onboarding and offboarding for both supported employees and clients. You will coordinate with internal teams and external providers while delivering expert HR guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, working with Immigration, Payroll and external service providers.
• Provide expert-level support to clients on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting and other HR matters.
• Manage client relationships alongside the client services team and drive employee and client satisfaction.
• Audit and maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with local employment law and collective agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams on regional expertise, knowledge‑base maintenance and product development.
• Identify potential issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and facilitate resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 4‑6 years of HR experience, preferably in EOR or HR outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Professional, organized, empathetic and customer‑service oriented demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with CRM systems (nice to have).
