Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

Turia GBS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support the attraction and selection of candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent that meets both operational and strategic needs. You will apply best practices in recruitment while gaining experience in psychometric testing and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Post and disseminate open positions through all available channels.
• Filter and review resumes to match job requirements.
• Interview candidates and coordinate technical and psychometric tests.
• Analyze psychometric test results and prepare interpretation reports.
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Align selection processes with employer branding objectives.
• Foster long‑term relationships with potential candidates.
• Negotiate contractual terms and liaise with the immigration team for visa processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced English proficiency (B2+ or C1).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
