Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own end‑to‑end recruiting for AJC Group’s Food and Logistics platforms across multiple countries. You will partner with hiring managers and the Global HR team to translate manpower plans into hires while ensuring a high‑quality, compliant recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Run full life‑cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, panel coordination, offers and hand‑off to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean searches, referrals and direct outreach, including passive talent internationally.
• Build long‑term pipelines through university partnerships, career fairs, internship programs and industry networks.
• Manage agency relationships, reduce spend through direct sourcing, and maintain accurate BambooHR data and recruiting dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of full‑life‑cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven success recruiting professional and commercial roles, especially sales, with strong follow‑through on long‑cycle searches.
• Experience recruiting internationally and comfort working across diverse cultures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS (BambooHR preferred) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (formulas, pivots) and exposure to Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered sourcing and screening tools.
