HR Generalist – Medellín, Colombia

About the role

Fusion CX is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support fast‑paced business operations in a dynamic customer experience environment. You will act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations, employee lifecycle, onboarding, relations, disciplinary processes and off‑boarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Partner with Operations and Recruitment to support workforce planning and hiring.
• Assist performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
• Drive employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
• Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, attrition reports and headcount data.
• Conduct policy orientations, training sessions and compliance awareness activities.
• Address employee concerns, conduct investigations and recommend resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Experience supporting high‑volume teams or shared services operations.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations and labor compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
