Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Healthcare

About the role

A growing healthcare organization in Medellín is hiring an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in Human Resources and People Operations. The position is hybrid and focuses on optimizing HR processes, developing HR strategies and partnering with leadership to build high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimize HR and People Operations processes across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, development and offboarding.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, retention and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies and HR best practices.
• Manage compensation, benefits and performance review programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support decisions and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor HR team members and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR management or related leadership roles.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience leading HR initiatives in fast-paced, growing organizations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
