I2C Director - Global Invoice to Cash

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's Global Services Finance provides I2C (Invoice to Cash) services and financial support for J&J companies across Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and North America. This role is fully responsible for leading, strategizing and directing the Global Invoice to Cash function, establishing a new global team, creating a positive culture and driving standardization and simplification of processes. The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

The announcement also notes a planned separation of the Orthopaedics business into a standalone company; after the transaction the role may move to the new entity, which will share details of any changes with the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, accuracy and timeliness of Global Invoice to Cash processes worldwide
• Develop the vision for the Global Invoice to Cash organization and build a customer-focused culture
• Ensure service delivery commitments and customer expectations are met, and hold customers accountable for service levels
• Build and manage relationships with Global Services leadership and the Global Process Owner
• Provide leadership for acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and integrations, and oversee third-party BPO providers
• Keep the function compliant with statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements and support internal and external audits
• Drive continuous improvement and change management, and benchmark externally

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or finance
• At least 3 years of experience in a Shared Service Center of a multinational or BPO (preferred)
• 15 years of professional experience preferred
• MBA, CPA, CMA or similar financial certification preferred
• Experience managing a Global Invoice to Cash function of a large multi-state company
• Ability to lead teams through change in a matrixed environment and influence outcomes remotely
• Up to 20% international travel may be required
