Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and manage a network of creators for a growing U.S.-based health and wellness supplements brand. The role focuses on creator relationships, UGC campaigns, and affiliate-driven content to boost sales.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify relevant creators and UGC creators within health, wellness, fitness, supplements, and lifestyle.
• Conduct outreach via email, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels to build a strong creator pipeline.
• Manage creator relationships from outreach through onboarding, briefing, content delivery, and ongoing collaboration.
• Develop and manage creator gifting and UGC campaigns, ensuring clear briefs and brand‑aligned content.
• Build and maintain an affiliate creator network, turning high‑performing creators into long‑term partners.
• Track outreach, responses, content submissions, affiliate activity, and campaign performance.
• Monitor creator and campaign performance to identify top partners and new collaboration opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve creator selection, outreach strategies, briefs, and partnership processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, UGC, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience sourcing and outreach to creators at scale.
• Experience managing creators throughout the full partnership lifecycle.
• Background with health, wellness, supplements, fitness, beauty, or other DTC consumer brands is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and handling multiple creator relationships.
