Integrated Logistics Operations Senior Specialist

About the role

As an Integrated Logistics Operations Senior Specialist you will coordinate and plan customer orders, ensure shipment visibility, handle inquiries and complaints, and drive operational productivity within the Bogota Logistics Control Center.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Ops Specialist activities, including direct-line supervision of Ops Supervisors.
• Execute SOPs and work instructions while maintaining service level agreements for all clients.
• Represent Kuehne+Nagel in meetings, service demonstrations, and audits.
• Resolve medium and high‑impact business issues with IT, procurement, quality, and regional/global LCCs.
• Conduct quality audits for general and client‑specific programs, including GxP.
• Identify productivity improvement opportunities using advanced analytical tools and root‑cause analysis.
• Leverage operational landscape insights to support future customer implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in any of the three transportation modes (Air, Sea, Road).
• Desirable experience in 4PL model, operational planning and customer service.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Ability to support root‑cause analysis and drive operational improvements.
