IT Infrastructure Analyst

About the role

An IT Infrastructure Analyst is needed in Bogotá, working directly with the company. The schedule is Monday to Thursday and Fridays working from home, with the rest of the week on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT equipment and systems, and perform server system and software installations and configurations.
• Provide second-level technical support and follow up on support requests promptly.
• Support monitoring of backups, vulnerability scans, security bulletins and updates to equipment and operating systems.
• Take part in improving, developing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, and manage the inventory of IT equipment and resources.
• Help procure, select and negotiate with IT service and equipment providers, and prepare and review procedures and user instructions.
• Participate in defining strategic plans for the development of the technology infrastructure.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in IT-related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, hardware and software.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and the ability to help non-technical users resolve technical issues.
• Proactive approach to improving IT processes and services.
