IT Support Specialist – Tier 1/2 (Latam)

About the role

As an IT Support Specialist (Tier 1/2) you will be the backbone of daily technical operations across the Latam region, delivering seamless IT experiences on macOS and Windows platforms in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS and Windows users across Latam and global offices.
• Communicate with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Plan and oversee IT projects such as system upgrades, hardware/software installations, and regional technology rollouts.
• Deliver training and technical advice to maximize adoption of internal tools and security best practices.
• Manage, triage and resolve service tickets using Jira Service Desk while documenting in Confluence.
• Handle endpoint management, device provisioning and policy deployment with Jamf, Microsoft Intune and PDQ.
• Administer core productivity tools including Google Workspace and Slack.
• Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring hardware setup, access permissions and asset tracking.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of hands‑on IT Help Desk or Service Desk experience supporting Windows and Mac environments.
• Proven ability to communicate with non‑technical stakeholders and manage basic IT projects or rollouts.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a bias for quick resolution.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication to support regional and global teams.
• Adaptable, autonomous and comfortable working in an office‑first, high‑growth setting.
