IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen software engineers with experience in open‑source technologies. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and collaborate on global talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full life‑cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Prepare qualified candidate slates with recommendations for hiring managers.
• Maintain constant communication with candidates, ensuring transparency and respect.
• Support broader talent acquisition projects and handle additional tasks as assigned.
• Develop best practices for hard‑to‑fill positions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English (verbal and written) and 2+ years as an IT Recruiter.
• Experience leading full‑cycle recruiting and using talent acquisition technologies.
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, analytical, strategic, collaborative, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and balance competing priorities.
