Junior AI Project Manager

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Junior AI Project Manager to join its remote team and work with product groups to deliver AI‑driven solutions for clients. The role focuses on coordinating development efforts, ensuring milestones are met, and aligning project outcomes with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate AI‑related projects using structured methodologies and tools.
• Implement checkpoints to validate task completion and track tickets.
• Align project objectives with FullStack’s strategic goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and lead cross‑functional efforts.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Experience working on large, complex systems and Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to take extreme ownership of work and deliver results.
