Full Stack Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale AI‑powered infrastructure across the entire stack. You will own end‑to‑end production systems, from LLM pipelines and RAG services to dashboards and background workers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI communication pipelines that classify inbound messages, generate contextual responses, and implement human approval gates.
• Build AI‑powered sales intelligence tools, including pre‑call briefs, talking points, and rapport hooks.
• Maintain and improve vector databases, implement chunking strategies, and create async ingestion workers and semantic search APIs.
• Run trend‑intelligence jobs that process RSS feeds, social media, and video platforms to generate reports and forecasts.
• Extend multi‑agent content quality pipelines, manage binary quality gates, and support multiple content formats.
• Automate lead qualification, scoring, and audit reporting.
• Develop Slack‑integrated AI assistants for scheduling, email triage, and performance insights.
• Optimize LLM costs, latency, and performance; add observability, tracing, and dashboards for AI metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of production experience with LLMs (Claude or OpenAI) in live systems.
• 2–3 years building end‑to‑end TypeScript/Node.js applications spanning backend services, AI pipelines, and frontend dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Strong React expertise (component architecture, state management, performance).
• Experience with PostgreSQL (queries, migrations, indexing, optimization).
• Proficiency in Linux server administration, AWS Lambda, Terraform, and Docker.
