Junior Brand Manager – Consumer Health

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand and media plans for our consumer health portfolio in Bogota. You will work within a dynamic, matrix‑based environment, collaborating with regional and global teams to drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining and implementing local brand and media plans in line with regional and global guidelines.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across communication, media, trade, and point‑of‑sale channels.
• Track brand performance indicators such as sales, market share and campaign KPIs, and support analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support monthly sales forecasting and investment tracking to ensure activities are executed within budget.
• Contribute to innovation, renovation and business continuity projects, including promotional packs and packaging updates.
• Ensure all materials comply with local regulations and internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand support or commercial roles within healthcare, consumer health or OTC.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational and follow‑up capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in matrix and cross‑functional teams.
• Good influencing and interpersonal skills.
