Junior Market Intelligence Analyst – Client Support

About the role

The Junior Market Intelligence Analyst will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and solution‑oriented support for inquiries, data requests and deliverables. You will work within the Customer Support team to help maintain high client satisfaction and develop a solid foundation in market intelligence and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, managing requests for data, reports and platform access.
• Track and follow up on deliverables, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and deadlines.
• Investigate data or process issues, coordinate with internal teams to identify root causes and resolve them.
• Perform quality control checks and data validations to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain structured records of incidents, corrective actions and case traceability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
