Junior–Mid Level Recruiter (Hybrid, Medellin)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Junior–Mid Level Recruiter to support our U.S. transportation and driver recruitment efforts. The role is based in Medellin with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Conduct outreach, phone screens, and interviews in both English and Spanish.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure consistent follow‑up.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring needs.
• Achieve recruiting goals and performance expectations.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and stay proactive in sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience working with or recruiting for U.S.-based companies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience recruiting drivers or transportation‑related positions is a strong plus.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Results‑oriented and business‑mindset approach to recruiting.
