Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a multinational organization and act as a strategic advisor to the business. This role will partner closely with leaders to drive people initiatives, strengthen organizational performance, support key business decisions, and ensure talent strategies are aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead change management initiatives.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support leaders in making informed people and organizational decisions.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through strategic off‑boarding.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence during performance management cycles, promoting a strong and actionable feedback culture.
• Support compliance with Colombian labor regulations and HR policies.
• Partner with leaders on talent, organizational design, culture, wellbeing, and other key people initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Experience in multinational or technology‑driven environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge across key HR areas, including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, Culture, and Wellbeing.
• Knowledge of Colombian Labor Law and social security regulations is highly desirable.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
