About the role
We are looking for an experienced bilingual recruiter with a background recruiting for U.S. drivers to join our growing team in Medellín. The role is hybrid, combining three days in the office with two days remote, and focuses on supporting U.S. hiring initiatives. You will need to be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Bilingual English/Spanish – REQUIRED
- Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies
- Experience recruiting U.S. drivers is a strong plus
- Experience supporting direct‑hire positions
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities and adapting quickly
- Strong communication and candidate management skills
