Junior Order Management & Logistics Support Analyst

About the role

The Junior Order Management & Logistics Support Analyst supports regional customers and sales teams by ensuring efficient and accurate order management operations within Tetra Pak's Services Supply Network. This entry‑level position is based in Bogota and offers exposure to ERP systems, logistics processes, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business operation support activities in SAP and Salesforce, ensuring timely processing and closure of transactions.
• Track order fulfilment status, resolve backorders and delivery constraints, and coordinate reverse‑logistics activities.
• Maintain data quality through regular housekeeping of ERP master data and transactional records.
• Support the Purchase to Payment (PTP) process and act on deviations to secure timely deliveries.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or related field.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a genuine interest in order management and logistics.
• Intermediate English proficiency and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organise priorities and manage multiple operational activities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including common formulas.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Interest in developing capabilities in Power BI and reporting tools.
