Junior People Operations Administrator

About the role

Brandtech+ (formerly OLIVER+), a global creative production company within The Brandtech Group, is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented person to join its People & Talent Ops Team. This entry-level, remote role offers hands-on experience in HR administration, with training and mentorship from experienced colleagues. English proficiency is required.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records using the HRIS and ATS, with training provided on Sage People and/or Greenhouse
• Support the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions and transfers
• Help ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies, such as data protection
• Support administrative tasks such as background checks, employment authorization (I9), payroll administration and scheduling candidate interviews
• Learn and apply HR policies and procedures, and help employees with enquiries
• Use the Manage Engine ticketing tool to handle HR requests according to SLAs
• Prepare HR documentation and reports, and provide accurate information to employees
• Assist with benefits administration, performance management and ad-hoc projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong organisational and time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently and in a team
• Commitment to confidentiality and enthusiasm for a career in HR

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (training provided)
