Junior Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Specialist (Bilingual)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Junior Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our U.S.-based recruiting operations from Medellín. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and building pipelines for industrial, construction, manufacturing, logistics and skilled‑trade positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and other platforms.
• Review resumes and match candidates to specific job requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the ATS.
• Track sourcing metrics and report recruiting activity.
• Support administrative tasks related to active openings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
