About the role

Proximus Global is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead the development of strategic B2B accounts within the telecommunications and digital identity space. You will act as a trusted advisor for our enterprise clients, driving growth and ensuring a seamless experience across our portfolio of voice, messaging, data, 5G, IoT and CPaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic customers.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Design and execute result‑oriented commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, support) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, especially in wholesale communications, to inform account plans.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, SaaS or CPaaS.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and client‑relationship abilities.
  • Knowledge of the wholesale communications market is a plus.
