M&A Marketing Project Manager

About the role

The M&A Marketing Integration Specialist supports the seamless integration of newly acquired organizations into Gallagher’s marketing and brand ecosystem. Reporting to the GGB Americas M&A Marketing Integration Lead, the role works closely with the M&A Marketing Integration Manager to coordinate and execute integration initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple integration projects, maintain trackers, templates, and resources for onboarding and planning.
• Coordinate development of transition and branding assets such as interim logos, collateral, advertising, and event materials.
• Submit and manage work requests through Workfront, collaborating with internal creative and marketing teams.
• Assist with activation of M&A‑related marketing campaigns and support due‑diligence activities.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of integration initiatives, ensuring compliance with marketing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with M&A integration or organizational change initiatives is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Workfront or Smartsheet.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
