Manager, LMS Learning Operations & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, LMS/Learning Ops & Analytics will lead the operation, optimization and analytics of learning platforms for DePuy Synthes’ global workforce. This position ensures reliable learning systems, accurate data and actionable insights to support talent decisions and workforce readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), guaranteeing system stability and a positive user experience.
• Lead learning operations and analytics, creating dashboards, reports and insights on learning effectiveness, compliance and engagement.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, Compliance and IT to support global learning initiatives and system enhancements.
• Oversee learning data governance, establishing standards, processes and controls for high‑quality, auditable records.
• Drive continuous improvement of learning processes through automation and simplification.
• Manage vendors and external partners for LMS functionality, reporting tools and learning technologies.
• Lead, coach and develop team members responsible for learning operations and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, HR systems or analytics.
• Proven people‑management or team‑leadership capabilities.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment and managing projects.

Required skills

• Enterprise LMS administration (e.g., Veeva).
• Data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills for building dashboards and extracting insights from learning data.
