Manager, MDM Lead

About the role

The Manager, MDM Lead will head master data operations for DePuy Synthes in Bogotá, ensuring high‑quality, compliant data that supports supply‑chain and business performance. You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement and partner with global stakeholders to deliver reliable master data across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer and vendor master data processes, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Manage team performance, workflows and metrics to meet service‑level and business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with Master Data Operations goals.
• Drive process standardisation, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data readiness for business projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a people‑leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience in master data management within large ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain data, processes and operating models.
