Manager, Product Management – Network Products (LAC)

About the role

The Manager, Product Management will lead the regional management, commercialization, adoption, and performance of Mastercard's Network Products across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will act as the regional owner for mature solutions, protecting and expanding revenue while ensuring strong customer support and operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional product agenda for a portfolio that may include Cloud Edge, Early Reconciliation, Simulators, Clearing Optimizer, X‑Code and other scaled solutions.
• Set portfolio priorities, adoption targets, milestones, risks and success metrics, providing clear governance across LAC.
• Drive adoption, retention and expansion by partnering with account teams on value propositions, pricing and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Serve as the primary regional liaison between market teams and Global Product, aligning roadmap priorities and execution plans.
• Guide customer engagements and implementations, ensuring responsive support and timely escalation resolution.
• Identify process improvements, lead regional execution of product enhancements, pricing changes and announcements.
• Monitor portfolio performance through adoption, revenue, feedback and business reviews, translating insights into actions.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, sales or technology within the payments industry.
• Working knowledge of payment processing (authorization, clearing, settlement, connectivity) is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a product portfolio across its lifecycle.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills to connect customer needs with product value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities across markets and functions.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
