Manager, Sourcing

About the role

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing will lead strategic sourcing initiatives to attract and engage top talent for DePuy Synthes in Bogotá. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders to build diverse, high‑quality talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across functions, geographies and business units.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and critical talent needs.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through market mapping, networking and talent engagement activities.
• Utilise sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, social media, referrals and industry events.
• Analyse talent market trends and competitor hiring practices to inform strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in ATS and CRM platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment sourcing or executive search.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
