Managing Director – Regional Business & Talent Leader

About the role

The Managing Director will drive strategic growth and operational excellence across an assigned region. You will lead business development, nurture customer relationships, and oversee talent acquisition and delivery teams to ensure profitability and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute growth initiatives across markets, verticals, or geographies.
• Own P&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
• Develop customer development plans with weekly forecasting to meet business objectives.
• Create proposals, statements of work, presentations, and pricing strategies aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to drive lead generation and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruiting operations, including sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, and client delivery.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to recruiting and operational teams.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, manage project tracking, and communicate status updates.
• Serve as an ambassador of company culture, ensuring engagement and alignment across teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in business development and talent acquisition.
• Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills with customers and partners.
• Ability to manage P&L, forecast, and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, conflict‑resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Track record of coaching teams and fostering a high‑performance culture.
