Marketing Assistant – Market Insights

About the role

Join IFF’s Taste division in Bogotá as a Marketing Assistant, supporting a creative, customer‑focused team that turns market insights into growth opportunities. This hybrid position works closely with Sales, SCI, and C&A teams to shape commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and growth initiatives.
• Research, monitor, and analyse local and international market trends, consumer behaviours, and industry developments.
• Support the creation of customer presentations, marketing materials, and commercial storytelling initiatives.
• Manage market intelligence databases and ensure consistency with corporate branding guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Food Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C marketing within food, flavors, ingredients, consumer goods or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and information‑management tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and basic graphic‑design fundamentals.
