Marketing Design & Quality Manager

About the role

A remote Marketing Design & Quality Manager is sought for an international team, open to candidates in Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico and Peru. The role suits someone who creates executive-level presentations, marketing assets and branded materials and acts as the final quality checkpoint before publication or delivery, working across several brands and client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Design executive presentations, proposals and corporate documents
• Create high-quality visual assets for marketing initiatives
• Adapt designs across different brands and visual identities
• Review and improve templates, layouts and brand standards
• Perform quality assurance (QA/QC) on deliverables before final submission
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and visual excellence across all materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding and communication initiatives

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, branding or related fields
• Strong experience designing executive and corporate presentations
• Experience working with multiple brands or clients
• Nice to have: agency experience, branding experience, consulting or professional services background, and QA/QC experience in design teams

• Advanced PowerPoint and Canva skills
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent visual hierarchy, typography and layout skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced English communication skills
